How It Works
- Initial Assessment: An experienced consultant will listen and map out your operational challenges, helping to build a roadmap for improvement.
- Monthly Engagement Program: For a fixed monthly fee, get up to 20, 30, or 50 hours per month of continuous and dedicated service. (240 – 360 hours yearly)
- BIWeekly Coordination and Execution: Regular updates and coordinated efforts to execute the improvement roadmap.
- Support Interface: A user-friendly platform for support requests and progress tracking. Any urgencies or priority changes can be issued as well.
- Efficiency Over Hours: Our team is driven to resolve open cases promptly, focusing on the impact rather than the time spent, this means, you are covered for supporting any case up to the amount of hours in your contract, so we take out all the Change request and Micromanagement going directly to solve.
- Transparent Billing: Monthly billing a monthly fee payment. No matter if services increased or decreased on an specific month, we can go to 0 up to double the hours in your contract.
- Flexible Commitment: Option to discontinue within the first three months of service. Option to downgrade your contract twice a year.
- Dedicated Team: A lead consultant and a project manager will be assigned to your account.
- Monthly Management Reports: Detailed reports reflecting the efficiency and productivity gains from your improved NetSuite system.
